Terri Allard
Terri Allard has taken her rootsy blend of folk, country, and acoustic pop to countless clubs and coffeehouses throughout the U.S. She was a finalist in the 1994 and 1997 Kerrville, Texas New Folk Festival; the 1997 Telluride Troubadour Festival in Colorado; and the 1997 Rocky Mountain Folk Festival Showcase; and was a performer in the 1995 and 1998 Emerging Singer/Songwriter Showcase at the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival in New York.

On her third CD, Loose Change and Spare Parts, Allard shows off both her strength as a vocalist and the variety in her songwriting. The album takes up where her previous album [Rough Lines] left off, featuring the same musicians playing with a slightly more aggressive style.

"Allard's songs address the universal themes of love and loss with unusual grace and soul...tender and reflective but never self indulgent, Allard's songs — and her expressive voice — often glow in this intimate setting."

— Washington Post

"Allard's lyrical maturity and distinct vocal presence establish her as several cuts above the crowd of talented musicians working in the singer/songwriter field."

— Dirty Linen

"Loose Change and Spare Parts is a breakthrough album for Terri Allard. She's finally unleashed that big singer we all suspected was lurking inside her small frame. Fasten your seat belts, put your tray tables up and prepare to take off!"

— John McCutcheon
