To qualify for a listing, the artist (or a full-time member of a group)
must be a registered owner of a Taylor guitar and have a CD (not just
cassettes) currently available for purchase on an independent label not
affiliated with a major distributor. The CD in question must contain at
least one track featuring a Taylor guitar (borrowed Taylors do not count).
If you wish to be considered for inclusion in "Discover the Indies",
print out and complete a release form (or a reasonable facsimile) and
submit it with your most recent CD and any pertinent photos and biographical
materials (including press clippings). Please don't call, write, or
e-mail us to ask if we've received your materials; you will receive an
acknowledgement of receipt.
The release form is in Adobe Acrobat format (*.PDF). The latest version
of Adobe Acrobat Reader (4.0) must be installed in order to view and print
this document.
If you have trouble viewing and/or printing this form, the problem could
be an old or incompatible browser or Adobe Acrobat Reader. First, get the
latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (4.0). To print the release form,
be sure to click on the print button on the toolbar that comes up with the
Acrobat release form document, and not on the regular browser print button
at the top of the screen.
