  1. Q. How long does it normally take to to receive an order?
    A. Most orders ship within three business days (excluding back-ordered items) and may take 3-7 business days to arrive.
  2. Q. When do overnight orders ship?
    A. Overnight orders received before 12:00 noon PST on a business day will ship the same day. Overnight orders received after 12:00 noon PST, or on a non-business day will ship the next business day.
  3. Q. How do I place an order from Canada?
    A. The ecommerce store is now open to customers in Canada. If you have any questions please call 800-494-9600.
  4. Q. I need to ship to a P.O. Box, A.P.O., or F.P.O. address. What are my options?
    A. Please select USPS Priority Mail for your shipping option. If other methods are chosen, it may cause delays while we contact you and make the correction.
  5. Q. How can I order TaylorWare if I live outside of North America? 
    A. TaylorWare is currently not available for direct shipments outside of North America. Our various distribution partners throughout the world can assist with Taylor purchases in many countries. A complete list of Taylor distributors can be found at www.taylorguitars.com/dealers/international  
  6. Q. What should I do for a return or exchange? 
    A. We are happy to make returns or exchanges on any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please call Taylor Customer Service at 800-494-9600 (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm PST) for assistance.
