On our 12-Fret models, the neck meets the body at the 12th fret rather than the 14th, and the bridge is repositioned on the soundboard. The result is a slightly warmer, sweeter, more “vintage” sound. The Grand Concert body also incorporates a short-scale 24 7/8-inch neck that makes fretting easier.
