Create your design from the ground up, starting with a rich assortment of our finest tonewoods, including species and grades that aren't currently available through our standard line. From there, choose from a full palette of inlays, bindings, and other special appointments, such as a backstrap, armrest, or burst finish. Whether you go for understatement or a detail-rich aesthetic package, everything will add up to a guitar that’s uniquely yours, and that you helped create.

Talk to a Taylor Dealer
All Authorized Taylor Dealers have access to current BTO options and pricing. They’ll help you build your guitar option-by-option and connect with Taylor to place your order. We’re also available to help by calling 1-800-943-6782 in the US/Canada (International contact information).

Categories & Options
Your first decision is the type or category of guitar: Acoustic (6- or 12-String), Nylon, Baritone (6- or 8-String), 12-Fret, T5, or T3. Then you’re on to the options, as few or as many as you like, including woods, binding, inlays, armrest, backstrap and more.

The Finishing Touches
Once you’ve chosen your category of guitar and options, your dealer will send it to us for recommendations and to complete any missing options. Upon your approval of final specs, we’ll get to work and ship your guitar in about 14 weeks.
