The correspondence we receive has lasting value. Certainly, we find the heartfelt messages and personal anecdotes worth preserving for posterity, if for
no other reason than to serve as a constant reminder of our responsibility to maintain the standards that impact people's lives in a positive way. Even more
important is the effect that the words of Taylor owners might have on those reading them for the first time. Considering how transitory these messages can
