914ce First Edition

This First Edition Grand Auditorium celebrates the lavish redesign of the 900 Series, boasting the same package of tone-enhancing refinements applied to the 800 Series, plus a refreshed design aesthetic that showcases the finest in Taylor craftsmanship. Highlights include a hand-carved ebony armrest for added playing comfort, along with an exquisite appointment scheme featuring ebony binding and koa purfling, complemented by abalone/mother-of-pearl inlays and abalone top trim. Custom-voiced bracing and optimized wood thicknesses for the Grand Auditorium yield a more powerful bass response and a warmer, sweeter midrange, giving the versatile body style an even more expressive tonal range. Unique First Edition touches include Adirondack spruce bracing, a First Edition label, and a First Edition nameplate on the guitar’s deluxe hardshell case. Taylor’s Expression® System 2 acoustic electronics round out the sound with world-class amplified tone.
