New Taylor Guitar Models for 2022
AD27e Flametop
This strikingly original all-maple guitar takes Taylor into new sonic territory, generating a rustic tone that matches its earthy aesthetics. V-Class bracing and the clear low-end power of the Grand Pacific body shape give the AD27e Flametop a woody, dusky response that’s unlike anything else in the Taylor line.
AD22e
We’ve expanded the American Dream Series even further with this Grand Concert model, whose articulation and clarity make it a perfect fit for mahogany’s dry, focused sound. With a touch of natural compression from the hardwood top, the AD22e performs beautifully in recording applications.
GTe Blacktop
The GT body shape has been making waves with players of all types, thanks to its comfortable profile, accommodating feel and bold voice. This stylish Blacktop-finished edition boasts walnut back and sides, yielding a distinctive musical voice that blends mahogany’s midrange focus with a deeper, richer low end.
GTe Mahogany
The second new all-mahogany entry to the Taylor line for 2022 is the GTe Mahogany, which adds a new flavor of that tonewood’s woody warmth and balance thanks to the C-Class bracing inside, which adds more presence and sparkle in the bass range for a meaty sound across the frequency spectrum.
GT 611e LTD
This limited-edition GT model sports a gorgeous set of figured Big Leaf maple back and sides paired with a spruce top. It adds up to a vibrant yet full-bodied sound that reflects the quirks and signature touch of each and every guitar player.
Crafted in the U.S. with premium solid tonewoods and our tone-boosting V-Class bracing, the American Dream Series offers a performance-focused aesthetic and musical character with everything you need, and nothing you don’t.
Compact dimensions, all-solid tonewoods and C-Class bracing give our GT body shape a bold voice with surprising low-end resonance. Smaller than the Grand Concert but larger than the GS Mini, the GT offers a spontaneous personality with an accommodating, player-friendly feel that doesn’t sacrifice tone.
