Need replacement acoustic guitar strings? At the TaylorWare shop, we offer a variety of strings, including the Elixir strings that come stock on all Taylor guitars. Elixir guitars strings are coated with a polyester material that keeps the dirt and grime from your fingers from corroding and rusting the strings, meaning that they stay fresh and bright longer. The TaylorWare store carries Elixir strings for both acoustic and electric guitar in a variety of string weights. We also carry D’Addario’s custom string for our GS Mini bass, a nylon-core acoustic bass string designed specifically for our travel-sized acoustic bass.

What should I do for a return or exchange?
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please call Taylor Customer Service at 800-494-9600 (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm PST) for assistance.
How long does it normally take to receive an order?
Most orders ship within three business days (excluding back-ordered items) and may take 3-7 business days to arrive.
When do overnight orders ship?
Overnight orders received before 12:00 noon PST on a business day will ship the same day. Overnight orders received after 12:00 noon PST, or on a non-business day will ship the next business day.
How do I place an order from Canada?

I need to ship to a P.O. Box, A.P.O., or F.P.O. address. What are my options?
Please select USPS Priority Mail for your shipping option. If other methods are chosen, it may cause delays while we contact you and make the correction.
How can I order TaylorWare if I live outside of North America?
