Nut width?

Can this 412ce be custom made with a 1 11/16 nut width and compatible neck and bridge , in the natural finish ? Would there be a significant up charge? Would making a 412 this way without cutaway or ES2 cost even more?

Can the white binding be changed to a cream color? Would it be an additional cost?
