Could this stool support me if I weigh 300 pounds?
The max weight limit is 286lbs.

The seat surface is 14”, distance from floor/seat of foot rest ring is 11”, and diameter/footprint of stool legs is 21”.

What if you are tall, would this be a problem? My son is 6'4"
The seat sits 24" from the ground. If chairs of that height are comfortable for your son, it should be fine. If that is too low, we recommend the 30" Bar Stool.

Quality and Comfort…
I purchased this stool 3 months ago and it’s been the best guitar stool for comfort while playing for extended periods of a plus. The height and foot rest are the perfect height for me at 6’1” .
The build is sturdy and has the weight of quality steel construction.

Just what I needed
The Taylor stool was a gift from my wife. I am in my 60's and some of the expected issues of aging are beginning to set-in. One of those is a failing hip joint. Sitting in a low chair and playing guitar is almost unbearable but the height of the Taylor stool and the comfortable padding makes a world of difference! The stool is stylish, sturdy and fulfills a need (getting me playing my 814CE more frequently.) I would highly recommend it to any guitarist, vocalist, etc. Drop a hint or two and maybe you'll get one like I did!
Very Nice Branded Stool...
We love this little stool... We bought a second one and the swivel seat wobbles so we brought it back to our local retailer and they ordered us a new one. The 1st one we have had for over a year and the swivel on it is nice and tight... Not sure why the second one we bought was defective.
