I just purchased a 214ce-K dlx and was looking at stands, when I discoverd this one I had to grab it. It matches the color of my guitar perfectly, moreover, it is solid and only requires 4 supplied brass screws.
I will say that any of the acoustics will benefit from this stand, so go treat yourself and the guitar!
