Can Gotoh tuners be used on Taylor 858e LTD 12 string guitar?
They can, but you will be able to see the original foot print and locator pin hole from the original tuners.
Are these a direct fit for my Taylor Guitar?
Gotoh Tuners are only a direct replacement for Taylor Guitar's with Gotoh's installed at the factory. While these Gotoh tuners can be installed on any Taylor, it will require drilling a set screw to have them fit into a guitar with Taylor branded tuners installed at the factory.
