Low Temperature Alert

If you receive this alert, your guitar has reached a temperature below 32 degrees Fahrenheit.

What to Do

If your guitar is in its case, bring it into a comfortable environment and let it slowly warm up. Don't set it by a heater or fireplace; simply place it in a room that's at a comfortable temperature. After the guitar has warmed to room temperature, inspect and play the guitar. If it seems fine, it probably is. Extreme cold can cause wood cracks, weaken glue joints, and damage electronic components.
