Disappointing
I have long wished that my Taylor Academy 10 came with a pickguard, so when I saw this available on the website, I was very excited. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the color and pattern didn't match the photos on the website - brownish instead of red, and swirls instead of tortoise. I was quite disappointed, and ended up not using it. Instead, I purchased a pickguard from a third-party seller on Etsy, which was much better.
I tried to contact Taylor's customer service about the fact that the pickguard didn't match what was advertised, but they never responded.
