How long will these picks last and do you have an assorted pack?
They last really well. Of course, the amount of time can't really be determined as it will be different for different players based on how they play. We do offer a variety pack https://www.taylorguitars.com/taylorware/picks/darktone-series-pick-tin
Do picks affect the tone of your guitar?
Yes, the material and gauge play a huge part in the sound. The general rule of thumb is the thicker the pick the more volume and richness of tone. Details are listed in the pick descriptions.
Shouldn't I use a thinner pick for a softer sound?
No, this is a common misconception. For a softer sound simply hold the thicker pick slightly looser in your hand. This will produce a fuller tone for any soft sound.
Can this pick be used on both an electric and acoustic guitar?
Yes.
How do I determine which pick thickness is right for me?
Taylor recommends using the thickest pick that feels comfortable and the best way to determine this is simply to get them in your hands!

These are my favorite picks, hard to tell what it is about them that makes them so special to me, just like them.
