This versatile Grand Auditorium features back and sides of Indian rosewood paired with a Sitka spruce top, delivering an exceptionally complex, sophisticated response with beautiful top-end sparkle, low-end warmth and lush overtone resonance. Inside, our V-Class bracing adds more volume and sustain while improving harmony between notes all the way up the slender, easy-playing neck, ensuring a clean, in-tune octave sound for every type of player. Guitarists who operate in live or recording scenarios will appreciate the ease and adaptability of our new Claria electronics, which boast soundhole mounted controls and an included mid-contour knob that makes it simple to dial in the right sound every time you plug in. The 854ce sports a radius-style rosewood armrest, maple binding with black/maple/rosewood edge trim, a single-ring abalone rosette, Element shell inlays, smoked nickel tuning machines, and a full-body gloss finish.
