Fans of the 12-string experience are sure to be inspired by the new 552ce, a compact 12-fret Grand Concert model crafted with back and sides of solid Urban Ironbark and a torrefied spruce top. That tonewood pairing yields power and clarity in equal measure, offering a dialed-up version of the lush overtones and pristine trebles that players love from Indian rosewood. The 12-fret configuration delivers extra midrange punch while creating a more relaxed, slinky handfeel, adding up to a supremely comfortable feel for players of all styles. And with small body dimensions, it's ultra-responsive to a light touch, giving the guitar impressive dynamic range.
