This cutaway Grand Auditorium offers a more playable nylon-string experience than traditional wide-necked classical guitars. A solid torrefied spruce top paired with layered Indian rosewood back and sides an articulate, snappy, neoclassical sound enriched by hints of played-in depth and sweetness. Offering exceptional comfort and playability, a slim Taylor neck with a 1-7/8” nut width makes the transition from steel to nylon strings smooth and approachable. Aesthetic details include a golden-brown Sunset Edgeburst, full-body gloss finish, Italian acrylic diamond inlays, and a custom label inside. Plays like a dream
Very solid build, great intonation, balanced tone. I returned a Cordoba and went home with this Taylor instead. Very comfortable, looks great, a real pleasure to play. A very versatile guitar that sounds great either unplugged or through an amp.

Wonderful Guitar
Very nice guitar. Extremely easy to play (and I have small hands for a guy). Great voicing. I also very much like the finish (my steel string is a 414ce Studio Sunset Edge Burst). My last nylon string guitar was a an Ovation, which I didn't play a whole lot. This one gets a lot of attention! I strongly recommend test-playing this one at your local Guitar Center!
