The Big Baby Taylor is the largest of our small body shape options, a 15/16-scale Dreadnought with an arched back similar to the smaller Baby Taylor’s. It’s a touch shallower at the soundhole for a comfortable feel, but still offers a full-size playing experience without sacrificing portability. Crafted with layered-wood back and sides, it features a solid-wood top for rich projection and clarity.
Who is this for?
Players looking for a more compact (and more modestly priced) option than the Grand Concert with more of a full-size feel than the original Baby Taylor. It’s small and resilient enough for travel, and it makes a great songwriting companion or starter guitar for new learners.
