Amazing Sound, Volume, and sustain that easily beats many full size high end guitar.
I wanted a small size guitar for travel and couch surfing but I was not expecting the powerful and clear sound that comes out of this little guitar. The tones have solid volume and a great amount of sustain that easily matches those experienced in full size high-end guitars.
Every guitar player should have one of these in their inventory, I know mine will stay with me forever.

Great all around guitar that is a fantastic value at its' price point.
The build quality is great and the koa wood is beautiful. The most impressive thing though is the amplified tone. The expression system is simple
to operate and sounds fantastic. I prefer slightly lighter gauge strings for a little less string tension but that's a personal thing. Bottom line is that
this is a lot of guitar at its' price point! Good job guys. I own other Taylor guitars and this one has the quality that we've all come to expect from Taylor.
Try it!

I used it on a big stages but also on small venues. With IEM I'm always very happy, but with wedges monitors it's difficult to the "body" that I need.
When I'm using on my home or on studio I have what I was waiting from this instrument.
Great sound, great middles perfect for fingerstyle. I think with a setup it will come more to my preferences.
On the bad side, I can't understand why I have to buy a key to adjust the trussroad on an instrument that cost me 1200 euros.

Amazing acoustic guitar
Until now the downsides to mention, that stops me to give 5 stars, are the high action setup and some minor fret works that needs to be done. Regarding high action setup, even after an official Taylor intervention, it is still too high for me, and sometimes unpleasant to play. Maybe ir should get another intervention to perform a neck reset.

A beautiful little guitar with a big sound and perfect playability.
The GS Mini plays easily, and sounds great acoustically and plugged in. I never worry about something happening to my guitars during a show. I can easily switch between guitars if I break a string, or (Heaven forbid!) have a hardware failure.
I also wanted to be able to walk into an establishment with a guitar on my back, ready to prove my talents to the owner right then and there. The size of the Mini is perfect for this; and its small size belies its large sound.
With its mellow acoustic sound and playability, the Mini is my ‘go to’ guitar when writing or learning songs, or just hanging out playing with friends.
The koa body wood is just beautiful, as is the touch of woodgrain flame in the fretboard.
All around, a great guitar!

She is a true beauty
It sounds beautiful, feels beautiful and is beautiful to look at.
I’m really just a beginner bu having a beauty like my Mini makes every moment of practice a joy and a privilege.
A wonderful full and big sound… clear strong bass, smooth mid and clear crystal bell treble.
Whether you’re finger picking or strumming she will sing and dance with you.
I will buy more guitars but I’ll never part with my Mini.

I adore this guitar
Never thought I’d buy a Taylor
Love my baby mini gs KOA plus.
The Best GS Mini You Can Purchase!
Okay let me start off by saying this is an amazing guitar! I’ll give a very basic breakdown then the reasons why this is a 4 start not a 5.
Looks - 10/10 (my personal opinion)
Sound - 8/10 ( I use 13s) very loud
Playability- 9/10 ( if you use a lighter gauge it will be even easier to play)
Tuning stability- 8/10(comes with better tuners)
Case - 11/10 ( best case I’ve ever owned)
Electrics - 7/10 (reliable and gets the job done well, controls are also very useful)
Build quality 9/10 ( comparable to American build quality)
This guitar overall is a Gs mini at its best ! That being said… definitely lacks the basic (pro/plus features) yes it has the better case and the ES2 pickup but they keep raising the price and I think it’s lacking some basic stuff like it has a synthetic bone, saddle and bridge, plastic bridge pins and no pick gaurd option. Originally it was priced at 999 this has changed twice to 1199 I think 999 is a perfect price.
