Impact Alert

If you receive this alert, your guitar has experienced a significant impact. This usually happens while traveling, after you check your guitar for a flight, or when moving equipment around for rehearsals or gigs.

What to Do

Give your guitar a thorough inspection to check for damage. Pay special attention to the headstock and tail end of the guitar, as these are the most common areas that get damaged during impact. If the guitar seems fine, it probably is. If you notice damage, please contact Taylor Guitars or a local Taylor-certified technician for advice.
